P120 Series — Monoblock Valve For Large Equipment

P120 Series — Monoblock Valve For Large Equipment
Details:
The P120 Series is a monoblock valve for large equipment, delivering 120 L/min at 25 MPa—50% more flow than the P80—for machines that need maximum flow from a monoblock valve. Cast as a single piece of iron with 1 to 4 manually controlled sections, it eliminates assembly requirements and reduces potential leak points. The phosphated surface treatment provides 48-hour salt spray corrosion resistance. Designed for large loaders, excavators, agricultural machines, heavy presses, and material handling equipment where 80 L/min is insufficient. Brand: Onederful® Hydraulic. OEM/ODM available. 12-month warranty.

The Top of the P Series

The P series has three flow levels. The P120 is the top.

Series Flow What It Runs
P40 40 L/min Compact equipment
P80 80 L/min Medium equipment
P120 120 L/min Large equipment. Maximum flow.

The P120 delivers 120 L/min at 25 MPa. That is 50% more flow than the P80. Still monoblock. Still one piece. Still no assembly.

If you are running large equipment and need maximum flow without moving to a sectional valve, the P120 is the answer.

The P120 Series - Monoblock Valve for Large Equipment is the top choice for large machines that need the most flow.

What 120 L/min Actually Means

120 L/min is a lot of oil. It means large cylinders move fast. It means cycle times drop. It means the machine works faster.

How does it compare to the P80? P80 is 80 L/min. P120 is 120 L/min. Fifty percent more flow. That is the difference between a loader that feels sluggish and one that responds instantly.

Same monoblock simplicity. One piece of iron. No assembly. No tie rods. No seals between sections. You get the flow of a larger valve without the complexity.

25 MPa. Enough pressure for heavy digging, lifting, and pushing.

Phosphated surface. Corrosion protection. Passes 48-hour salt spray. If your equipment works outdoors, this matters.

1 to 4 sections. Most large machines do not need more than four sections. Four is enough.

The P120 is not an oversized P80. It is a different class of valve for a different class of machine.

Large Equipment Only

The P120 is not for compact machines. It is not for medium equipment. It is for large equipment.

Large loaders. Moving more material means moving more oil.

Large excavators. Faster cycles mean more production.

Large agricultural machines. Big harvesters need big flow.

Heavy industrial equipment. Large presses. Big material handlers.

If your machine weighs over 20 tons and needs serious flow, the P120 Series - Monoblock Valve for Large Equipment is worth looking at.

Manufacturing Process

Casting

Iron castings arrive at our foundry. Each one is inspected for porosity and dimensional accuracy. Castings with defects are rejected before they reach the machining line. One casting makes one valve-no separate sections to machine later. The material is high-strength alloy iron, chosen for durability and wear resistance in demanding applications.

Machining

The monoblock body is machined as one piece. All bores, ports, and mounting faces are machined in a single setup. This keeps everything perfectly aligned. No misalignment between sections. No tolerance stack-up. The spool bores are straight and true from end to end. Port threads are cut to standard specifications. Mounting faces are machined flat to ensure leak-free sealing against the manifold.

Spool grinding

Spools are ground to final size. Surface finish and clearances are checked carefully. Internal leakage depends on this step. Too tight, the spool sticks. Too loose, leakage goes up. We hold the spec. Each spool is matched to its bore for optimal performance.

Assembly

Spools are inserted into the bores. End caps are fitted. Levers are attached. No tie rods to torque. No sections to stack. No alignment pins to line up. Assembly is quick and straightforward. Every fastener is torqued to specification.

Testing

Every valve goes on the test stand. Leakage is measured at rated pressure. Spool shift is checked for smooth operation. Pressure is tested to ensure the valve holds rated pressure without external leakage. If it does not pass, it does not ship.

Phosphating

The assembled valve body receives a phosphate coating. This surface treatment bonds with the metal and provides corrosion resistance. Samples from each batch are salt spray tested to 48 hours. The coating is not paint-it will not chip or scratch off.

Packing

Small orders go into cartons with foam inserts. Bulk orders go into plywood cases. Test reports are included when requested.

Shipping

Sea, air, rail, truck, or express. Worldwide delivery. Tracking numbers provided for every shipment.

We started in 1988. Over 35 years in hydraulic components. Our team has more than 200 people. Some have been with us for twenty years. They know the product.

We are a factory, not a trading desk. We machine the parts. We assemble them. We test them. Everything under one roof. That gives us full control over quality and delivery.

We ship over 10,000 containers a year. To more than 20 countries-Russia, Europe, the Middle East, South America, Southeast Asia. Our valves work on equipment in Poland, Chile, Thailand, and South Africa.

Quality

We do not spot-check. Every batch goes through at least 10 inspections. Each valve runs on its own test stand. Flow, pressure, leakage-we check everything.

Engineering

We have real engineers on staff. Not just salespeople reading spec sheets. Senior industry experts advise us. Our team keeps improving the product.

What we offer

12-month warranty from Bill of Lading date. Support from people who know hydraulics. Shipping by sea, air, rail, truck, or express. Export packaging that protects your order.

FAQ

Q: Can the P120 handle intermittent pressure spikes above 25 MPa?

A: No. The maximum operating pressure is 25 MPa. Do not exceed this rating. Pressure spikes above the limit can damage internal components and void the warranty.

Q: Does the P120 come with a relief valve built in?

A: No. The P120 is a directional valve only. You need to install a separate relief valve in the system for overpressure protection.

Q: What is the pressure drop across the P120 at full flow?

A: This depends on oil viscosity and the number of sections. At rated flow with standard oil, the pressure drop is typically moderate. Contact us for detailed test data for your specific configuration.

Q: Can the P120 be used with a variable displacement pump?

A: Yes. The P120 works with both fixed and variable displacement pumps. The valve only responds to flow direction from the operator.

Q: What is the recommended filter size for the P120?

A: Use a filter with at least 10-micron absolute rating. Keep oil cleanliness at ISO 18/13 or better. The valve has tight internal clearances. Contamination is the main cause of premature wear.

Q: Can the P120 be mounted horizontally?

A: Yes. The monoblock valve works in any orientation. Mount it horizontally, vertically, or upside down. Spool operation is not affected by gravity.

Q: What happens if the valve is overloaded beyond 120 L/min?

A: Flow above the rated limit causes increased pressure drop, higher internal leakage, and accelerated wear. The valve may not shift fully. Stay within the rated flow for proper operation.

Q: Can I use the P120 with water-glycol or phosphate ester fluids?

A: Yes, with the correct seals. Standard seals are NBR for mineral oils. If you use fire-resistant fluids, specify when ordering. We will fit the appropriate seal material.

Q: What is the typical service life of the P120?

A: Depends on oil cleanliness and operating conditions. With clean oil at ISO 18/13 or better, the valve can run for 10,000+ operating hours. Dirty oil is the main cause of premature failure.
