DCV60 Series — Flexible Sectional Hydraulic Directional Valve

DCV60 Series — Flexible Sectional Hydraulic Directional Valve
Details:
The DCV60 Series is a flexible sectional directional valve rated at 35 MPa and 60 L/min, designed to adapt as your machine grows with 1 to 12 independently controllable sections. It supports manual, pneumatic, or electro-hydraulic control on identical valve bodies for easy customization without changing hydraulic sections. The phosphated surface treatment provides 48-hour salt spray corrosion resistance. Ideal for excavators, loaders, cranes, agricultural equipment, industrial machinery, and marine applications requiring modular hydraulic control. Brand: Onederful® Hydraulic. OEM/ODM available. 12-month warranty.

Build It Your Way

The DCV60 is modular. You decide how many sections-one to twelve. Each section does one job. Need another function later? Add a section. No need to scrap the whole valve.

Monoblock valves are fixed. You get what you pay for, and that is it. The DCV60 is different. You pay for what you need now. You add more later if the machine changes.

Tie rods run through the stack. Tighten them right and the sections seal. No leaks between them.

Pressure: 35 MPa. Flow: 60 L/min. Solid numbers for medium-duty work.

The body is phosphated. Corrosion protection without paint. Passes 48 hours of salt spray.

Three control options: lever, air, or electricity.

The DCV60 Series - Flexible Sectional Hydraulic Directional Valve adapts to your machine, not the other way around.

Typical Machines

Excavators and loaders. Boom, bucket, swing, travel. One stack covers four functions. Add more sections for attachments.

Cranes. Hoist, boom, slew. Each motion gets its own flow. Independent control.

Agricultural equipment. Tractors with multiple hydraulic functions. Balers and harvesters. Add sections as machines grow more complex.

Industrial machines. Presses and material handlers. Flexible control without complex wiring.

Marine and forestry. Deck machinery and log loaders. Phosphated surface handles salt and moisture.

If your machine needs multiple hydraulic functions, the DCV60 Series - Flexible Sectional Hydraulic Directional Valve fits.

Maintenance

Common issues and what to check:

Valve does not shift. Check pilot pressure. Check electrical signal (electro-hydraulic) or air supply (pneumatic). Check for contamination in the pilot stage.

Actuator moves slowly. Check for internal leakage. Check system flow. Check oil viscosity.

External leakage. Check tie rod torque. Check O-rings between sections. Replace seals if worn.

Spool sticks. Check oil cleanliness. Remove the spool, clean it, and inspect for scoring.

Recommended inspection interval: Every 2000 operating hours or annually. Check external leakage, tie rod torque, and control function.

Manufacturing

Casting. Iron castings come in. We inspect each one. Defective castings do not go to machining.

Machining. Each section is machined in one setup. Bores, ports, mounting faces. Tight tolerances.

Spool grinding. Spools ground to final size. Clearances checked. Internal leakage depends on this step.

Assembly. Sections stacked in order. Tie rods tightened. Spools inserted.

Testing. Every valve on the test stand. Internal leakage checked. Pressure tested. Control function verified.

Phosphating. Surface treatment for corrosion resistance. Salt spray tested.

Packing and shipping. Cartons or cases. Worldwide delivery.

How to Order

1. Series

DCV60. That is fixed.

2. Number of sections

1 to 12 sections. Each section controls one hydraulic function. Count how many functions your machine needs. Order that many sections. You can add sections later, but it is easier to get it right the first time.

3. Control method

Choose one: Manual, Pneumatic, or Electro-hydraulic. Pick the one that fits your operator and your machine's control system.

4. Quantity

How many valves do you need? Standard valves have no minimum order. Custom valves require at least 10 pieces.

How to place an order

Contact Cathy by email or WhatsApp. Tell her the items above. She will confirm availability, price, and delivery time.

For standard valves, we usually ship within 2-3 business days if in stock, or 10-14 business days if not. For custom valves, lead time depends on the complexity-typically 15-25 business days.

What you get with your order

Each valve comes with the standard packing list and inspection certificate. The inspection certificate confirms the valve passed our ten-step test. If you need additional documents-dimensional drawings, hydraulic schematics, or detailed test data-request them when you order. We will include them with the shipment.

Payment terms

T/T for larger orders. Paypal, Western Union, or MoneyGram for smaller amounts. Payment terms are negotiable for regular customers.

FAQ

Q: What happens if I need more than 12 sections?

A: The DCV60 is designed for 1 to 12 sections. If you need more, contact us. We have other valve families that support larger stacks.

Q: Does the DCV60 come with a relief valve built in?

A: No. The DCV60 is a directional valve only. You need to install a separate relief valve in the system for overpressure protection.

Q: What tools are needed for installation?

A: Standard metric tools. No special tools required. Follow the torque sequence for tie rods. Ask us for the torque chart.

Q: How do I know if the valve needs repair?

A: Watch for increased leakage, slow or erratic operation, or oil weeping from the valve body. If performance drops, contact us for evaluation.

Q: Can the valve be repaired in the field?

A: Minor repairs-seal replacement and port cleaning-can be done in the field. Major repairs require clean room conditions.

Q: Do you stock replacement parts for the DCV60?

A: Yes. We stock seals, spools, tie rods, and pilot mechanisms. Contact us with your model number and the parts you need.
