A multi-way valve is a combination valve that integrates multiple directional valves and other auxiliary valves (such as safety valves and overload valves) to achieve fluid distribution, pressure regulation, and speed control. Its core functions, depending on the application scenario, are mainly divided into two categories: industrial hydraulic system control and water treatment system control.

 

Industrial Hydraulic System Multi-way Valves: Primarily used in hydraulic systems of equipment in engineering machinery, mining, shipbuilding, and metallurgy, these valves provide precise flow and pressure control for actuators (such as cylinders and motors) through modular design. Key functions include:

 

Fluid Distribution: Distributing hydraulic pump oil to multiple actuators as needed, enabling simultaneous or sequential control of multiple actions.

 

Pressure and Speed ​​Regulation: Employing load-sensitive technology, pressure compensation valves maintain a constant pressure difference between valve ports, ensuring flow rate is unaffected by load changes and achieving smooth speed control.

 

Safety Protection: Integrating a safety relief valve to prevent system overload and protect hydraulic components.

 

Multiple Control Methods: Supporting manual, mechanical, or electro-hydraulic proportional control to meet different precision requirements. Multi-way valve for water treatment systems: Primarily used in commercial and industrial water treatment equipment, it achieves automated regeneration and filtration by switching water flow paths.

 

Automatic regeneration control: Executes a five-step regeneration process including backwashing, brine suction, slow rinsing, fast rinsing, and brine tank replenishment to restore the resin's softening capacity.

 

Multi-mode triggering: Supports time-triggered (e.g., 7/12 days) or flow-triggered regeneration, and can also be operated manually to adapt to different water usage needs.

 

Flexible system adaptability: Can be configured as a single-tank, dual-tank, or multi-tank system, suitable for water softeners, filters, and reverse osmosis pretreatment equipment.
