A multi-way valve is a combination valve consisting of two or more directional valves as its main components. Through modular design, it can integrate auxiliary valves such as safety valves, overload valves, and replenishing valves, providing fluid distribution, pressure regulation, and speed control functions for hydraulic systems.

Its core function is to switch oil circuits by moving the valve core, controlling the flow direction and flow rate of hydraulic oil, thereby achieving independent or coordinated control of multiple actuators (such as hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors).

Multi-way valves can be classified into different types according to their structure and control method:

By Structure: Integral type and segmented type (combined type).

By Oil Circuit Connection Method: Includes parallel, series, series-parallel, and composite oil circuits.

By Control Method: Can be classified into manual, motorized, and electric (such as electronic proportional control) types.
