Product Overview
The ZDB6VP is a pilot‑operated, sandwich‑plate pressure relief valve designed for NG6 (CETOP 3 / ISO 4401‑03) modular hydraulic systems. It limits the system pressure to a preset value, protecting pumps, actuators, and directional valves from overload damage. When pressure at port A exceeds the spring setting, the valve opens and diverts excess flow to tank (port B). Once pressure drops below the threshold, it reseals instantly.
Unlike direct‑acting relief valves, the ZDB6VP uses a pilot stage to achieve lower pressure rise vs. flow characteristics, making it ideal for circuits where pressure must stay stable even with large flow variations.
