Check Valve S6 is a direct-acting, leak-proof hydraulic check valve designed for small to medium-flow hydraulic systems, suitable for hydraulic circuits of precision instruments, light industrial machinery, and compact hydraulic power units that demand reliable one-way flow control and backflow prevention. It adopts a sandwich plate structure, which can be directly installed between the valve block and the actuator, simplifying the system layout and reducing the number of connecting pipelines and potential leakage points.

The valve features a high-performance plastic poppet and a corrosion-resistant spring, ensuring long-term leak-tightness even under low-pressure conditions. Key customizable parameters include cracking pressure (0.5/1.5/3/5 bar optional), maximum operating pressure (up to 350 bar), rated flow (up to 40 L/min), mounting specifications (ISO 4401-03), and seal material (NBR/FKM/Viton). It has no internal seals, which is compatible with mineral oil, water-glycol, and other common hydraulic media, and can operate stably in the temperature range of -20°C to 80°C.

With its compact size, easy maintenance, and stable one-way flow control performance, the S6 series check valve effectively prevents reverse flow-induced system damage and pressure loss, and is an essential safety and control component for small and medium-sized hydraulic systems.
