Modular Hydraulic Operated Check Valve Z2S6 is a high-performance, zero-leakage sandwich plate hydraulic control component, designed for medium and small hydraulic systems such as injection molding machines, hydraulic presses, construction machinery and mobile equipment. It is mainly used for leak-free pressure holding of actuator ports, reverse flow prevention and safe unloading in hydraulic circuits, ensuring stable operation of actuators even during long-term shutdowns.

Distinguished by its two-stage pilot structure, the Z2S6 enables smooth reverse flow under low pilot pressure, with a maximum operating pressure of 315 bar and a rated flow of up to 60 L/min. Key customizable parameters include cracking pressure (0.15/0.3/0.7 bar), sealed port configuration (A/B port dual-seal, single-seal), seal material (NBR/FKM), pre-opening structure, and mounting specifications compliant with ISO 4401-03/DIN 24340. Its robust seat valve design ensures long-term leak-proof performance, while the modular sandwich plate mounting simplifies system integration and saves installation space.

Suitable for mineral oil and water-glycol hydraulic fluids, the Z2S6 series operates stably within a temperature range of -30°C to 80°C (NBR seals).
