Product Introduction
200 L/min. 350 bar. 1 to 12 sections.
That's the DCV200 Series hydraulic multi-way directional control valve. The biggest in the DCV series. Built for equipment that moves serious flow - large loaders, big excavators, heavy industrial machinery.
Sections bolt together. Add one when you need another function. Replace one when it fails. No need to swap out the whole valve.
Control options: manual, pneumatic, or electro-hydraulic. Pick one. Mix them across sections if you want. Temperature range: -40°C to +80°C. Viscosity: 12 to 400 cSt. Phosphated surface, 48 hours salt spray resistance. Port thread: G1/4. Mounting bolts: M12.
What 200 L/min actually means
200 L/min is a lot of flow. Here's what it gets you:
Faster cycles. Cylinders move quicker. More work per hour.
Bigger cylinders. You can run larger actuators without slowing down.
Multiple functions at once. Run several functions simultaneously without starving any of them.
Margin. The valve isn't working at its limit all the time.
If your current setup feels sluggish - if the machine is working harder than it should - you probably need more flow. The DCV200 gives you that.
Three ways to control it
Manual. Pull a lever, spool shifts. Simple, direct, no electronics. Operator feels the load.
Pneumatic. Air does the shifting. No electricity, no wiring. Good for areas where sparks are a concern.
Electro-hydraulic. A small solenoid pilot shifts the main spool. Connects to PLCs and electronic controls. Good for automation and remote operation.
You can mix them. Section 1 manual, Section 2 pneumatic, Section 3 electro-hydraulic.
Sectional vs monoblock - what you get
Sectional is modular. Sections bolt together. Need another function? Add a section. One section fails? Replace that one. The rest stay in place.
Monoblock is one piece. Fixed sections. Fewer leak points. Simpler. Cheaper. But if you need one more function later, you replace the whole valve.
The DCV200 Series hydraulic multi-way directional control valve is sectional. Built for machines that change over time.
Installation - what matters
Before you install. Check the valve body for damage. Clean all piping. Contamination is the main cause of spool sticking.
Section assembly. Seals between sections must be flat and not twisted. Tighten bolts diagonally, in stages, to the specified torque. Uneven tightening distorts the body and causes leaks.
Adding sections. Bolt the new one on, connect the lines. No need to replace the whole valve.
One section fails. Replace that one. The rest stay in place.
Ports. G1/4. Mounting bolts. M12.

Where it belongs
The DCV200 Series hydraulic multi-way directional control valve is for equipment that needs 200 L/min:
Large loaders and telehandlers - boom, bucket, auxiliary circuits
Large excavators - arm, boom, swing, blade
Heavy-duty construction machinery - demanding hydraulic circuits
Industrial equipment - multiple high-flow actuators
Marine hydraulic systems - deck machinery, winches
Mining equipment - heavy-duty applications
About the company
Shijiazhuang Laiye Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd., part of Hebei Onederful® Hydraulic Technology Co., Ltd., has been making hydraulic components since 1988 - over 35 years.
We're a factory, not a trading company. Around 200 employees. Full in-house production: casting, machining, assembly, testing, phosphating.
Products go to Russia, Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Asia. ISO 9001 certified. Every valve is tested individually, with data linked to its serial number.

Production Process
The manufacturing process follows a standard hydraulic component production sequence. Each step is documented and traceable.
Raw Material Inspection
High-strength cast iron and alloy steel are checked for composition and mechanical properties before anything else happens.
Precision Machining
CNC equipment handles milling, drilling, grinding, and honing to hold tight tolerances on bodies, spools, and end covers. After machining, all parts go through deburring, cleaning, and dimensional verification.
Heat Treatment
Key components such as spools and valve seats undergo hardening to improve wear resistance and extend service life.
Surface Treatment
Phosphating or other rust-proof coatings are applied to protect against corrosion and improve surface durability.
Assembly
Skilled workers install spools, springs, seals, and control parts in sequence, with torque control on each connection.
Pressure Testing
Every assembled valve goes through hydraulic testing-pressure resistance, leakage detection, and functional debugging under rated working pressure.
Final Inspection
Visual inspection, dimensional confirmation, and test data review. Each valve is individually tested, not spot-checked, with test data filed against its serial number for full traceability.
FAQ
Q: What equipment is it suitable for?
A: Large loaders, large excavators, heavy-duty construction machinery, industrial equipment with multiple high-flow actuators, marine hydraulic systems, and mining equipment.
Q: What causes pressure failure?
A: Check pump delivery first. If the pump is fine, the relief valve may be set too low or the spool stuck open. Try adjusting - if pressure still won't increase, inspect for a stuck spool or broken spring.
Q: What causes sluggish operation or failure to shift?
A: Check three things first: Is the pump delivering oil? Is the oil temperature too high? Is the oil dirty? If none of these are the issue, the spool is likely stuck or worn.
Q: Can the valve sections be swapped?
A: Not recommended. Each section may have a different port configuration. The sequence is configured at the factory - keep them as they are.
Q: What if oil is seeping between sections?
A: Check connecting bolts - tighten if loose. If they're fine, the section seal may need replacing.
