Working Principle: This valve employs a pilot-operated control structure. When the system pressure reaches the set value, the pilot valve opens, causing a pressure imbalance across the main valve core. The main valve then opens and releases pressure. Once the pressure returns to normal, the valve automatically closes.

The DB…50C series pilot-operated relief valves are available in three sizes (plate type): 10, 20, and 30; and five sizes (pipe type): 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30. They are available in five pressure settings: 5.0 MPa, 10 MPa, 20 MPa, 31.5 MPa, and 35 MPa. Flow rates are 250 L/min (size 10), 500 L/min (sizes 15, 20, and 25), and 650 L/min (size 32). Connection methods include plate type, pipe type, and cartridge type.

Explosion-proof Housing Machining: Utilizing impact-resistant alloy steel, precision casting and CNC machining ensure structural strength and explosion-proof mating surface accuracy (≤0.15mm).
Pilot Valve Precision Assembly: The pilot valve core is made of hardened stainless steel, with a fitting accuracy of H6/g5 level. Assembled in a Class 10,000 cleanroom to ensure stable micro-pressure control.
Main Valve Integrated Pressure Regulator: The main valve spring undergoes vertical constant-load grinding, with a pressure deviation of <±1.5%, and undergoes dynamic pressure matching testing with the main valve core.
Explosion-proof Electrical Integration (DBW Type): The explosion-proof electromagnet (Ex d IIC T4 standard) uses vacuum potting technology, with an IP65 protection rating and a mechanical life >1 million cycles.
