When 60 L/min Is Not Enough
You started with a DCV100 Series - Multi-Control Sectional Valve. It worked. Now your machine has grown. Bigger cylinders. Faster cycle times. More demanding jobs. The old valve is maxed out.
You do not need a new machine. You need a valve that can move more oil.
The DCV100 is the answer. Same modular design as the DCV60. Same pressure rating. Same control options. Same mounting dimensions. Everything is the same-except the flow. 100 L/min instead of 60.
That is a 67% increase in flow capacity. Enough for larger actuators and higher speeds.
If you are designing a new machine that needs more flow, start here. If you are upgrading an existing machine, this valve fits the same footprint.
The DCV100 Series - High-Flow Sectional Valve gives you the extra flow without redesigning your system.
What 100 L/min Brings to the Circuit
More flow. Plain and simple. 100 L/min moves bigger cylinders faster. Productivity goes up. Cycle times come down.
Same footprint. The DCV100 mounts the same way as the DCV60. Same bolt pattern. Same tie rod layout. Same section width. Upgrade without changing your manifold.
Same control options. Manual, pneumatic, electro-hydraulic. Pick the one that fits your operator. Change it later if you need to.
Same sections, bigger passages. The valve sections are the same size. The internal passages are larger to handle the higher flow. That is how you get 100 L/min without increasing the valve size.
Phosphated surface. Corrosion resistant. Passes 48-hour salt spray.
Low leakage. Tight internal spec. Oil goes where it should.
Proven construction. Iron castings. Ground spools. Built for demanding work.

Control Options
Manual. Direct lever operation. Simple. Reliable. No electrical components.
Pneumatic. Air shifts the pilot. No wiring. Good for hazardous areas.
Electro-hydraulic. Solenoids manage pilot pressure. Push a button in the cab.
The same valve sections work with all three control methods. The pilot mechanism is all that changes.
Where the Extra Flow Makes the Difference
Larger excavators. More flow means faster boom and bucket movement.
Heavy loaders. Bigger buckets need more oil to lift and dump.
Industrial presses. Faster cycles mean more parts per hour.
Large agricultural equipment. Bigger harvesters need bigger valves.
Marine winches. Higher flow for faster line speeds.
Construction equipment. Compactors, backhoes, skid steers-any machine that needs more flow.
If your system is running near the limit of a 60 L/min valve, the DCV100 gives you headroom.
How We Build These Valves
Casting
Iron castings arrive at our foundry. Each one is inspected. Castings with defects are rejected before they reach the machining line.
Machining
Each section goes through precision machining. Spool bores are bored to size. Ports are drilled. Mounting faces are machined flat. Everything held to tight tolerances.
Spool grinding
Spools are ground to final size. Surface finish and clearances are checked. Internal leakage depends on getting this right.
Assembly
Sections are stacked in the correct order. Tie rods are installed and tightened in sequence. Spools are inserted. End caps are fitted.
Testing
Every valve goes on the test stand. Internal leakage is checked at rated pressure. The control function is verified. If it does not pass, it does not ship.
Phosphating
The assembled valve body receives a phosphate coating. This surface treatment provides corrosion resistance. Samples are salt spray tested to 48 hours.
Packing
Small orders go into cartons. Bulk orders go into plywood cases. Test reports included on request.
Shipping
Sea, air, rail, truck. Worldwide delivery. Tracking provided.

Tell us what you need
Send us your requirements. Model number, number of sections, control method. Not sure about the specification? Send us your system parameters-flow rate, working pressure, number of functions. We will recommend the right valve for your equipment.
We confirm and quote
We check availability and send you a quote. Price, delivery time, and shipping options-all clearly laid out. For custom orders, we confirm the lead time and provide a drawing for approval.
Place your order
Review the quote and confirm. We send you a proforma invoice. Payment terms: T/T for larger orders. Paypal, Western Union, or MoneyGram for smaller amounts. Payment terms are negotiable for regular customers.
We produce and test
We start production. For standard valves, we ship from stock within 2-3 business days. For bulk orders, 10-14 business days. Custom valves take 15-25 business days depending on complexity. Every valve goes through our 10-step inspection process before packing.

Packing and shipping
Small orders go into cartons with foam inserts. Bulk orders go into export-grade plywood cases. We ship by sea, air, railway, truck, or express-you choose. We provide tracking for every shipment.
What you get with your order

Custom requirements
OEM and ODM are routine for us. We can put your brand on the valve body and packaging. We can supply non-standard spool configurations, special control options, or custom porting. Minimum for custom orders is 10 pieces. Send us your drawing and requirements-we will review and confirm.
FAQ
Q: What is the difference between the DCV100 and DCV60 series?
A: Flow rating. DCV60 is 60 L/min. DCV100 is 100 L/min. Both have the same pressure rating, same control options, and same modular design. The internal passages are larger on the DCV100 to handle the higher flow. Choose DCV60 for lower flow applications. Choose DCV100 when your system needs more flow.
Q: What control options are available for the DCV100?
A: Three options: manual lever, pneumatic, and electro-hydraulic. Manual is simple and reliable. Pneumatic uses air pressure for remote control. Electro-hydraulic uses solenoids and electrical signals. Choose the one that fits your system.
Q: What is a sectional valve?
A: Multiple sections bolted together into one stack. Each section controls one function. You build the valve to match your machine. Add sections as needed.
Q: What applications is the DCV100 suitable for?
A: Mobile equipment, industrial machinery, agricultural equipment, marine applications, and construction equipment. Any machine that needs 100 L/min flow and multiple functions.
Q: How do I know if the valve needs repair?
A: Increased leakage, slow or erratic operation, or external leakage are signs. If performance drops, the valve should be inspected.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: In-stock items ship within 2-3 business days. Out-of-stock standard orders ship within 10-14 business days. Custom valves take 15-25 business days.
