Shijiazhuang Laiye Import& Export Trading Co., Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of bm3 series — high-torque gerotor motor in China, also supports customized service. If you're going to wholesale high quality bm3 series — high-torque gerotor motor made in China, welcome to get pricelist from our factory.

Product Overview

The BM3 is a gerotor motor. Feed it oil, it turns. Inside, a spool valve sends oil to the gerotor set. The gerotor rotates. The shaft follows.

The design uses inserted roller gerotor technology. Better distribution accuracy. Higher mechanical efficiency. Less internal leakage. More torque from the flow you put in.

The shaft seal handles high backpressure. Run motors in series. Run them in parallel. The seal holds.

Reversing is simple. Swap the lines. The motor spins the other way.

We offer different flanges, shafts, and ports. We can match your machine.

What Makes It Different

The BM3 has a few things the smaller motors do not have.

Double-rolling bearings. This is the main difference from the BM1 and BM2. The BM3 uses rolling bearings instead of plain bearings. Higher radial load capacity. Handles heavier side loads. If your application puts side force on the shaft, this matters.

Better distribution accuracy. The inserted roller gerotor design gives more precise oil distribution. Less slip. More torque from the same flow.

Higher mechanical efficiency. Less internal loss. Less wasted energy. Runs cooler.

High backpressure capability. The shaft seal handles high backpressure. Run motors in series or parallel.

Smooth at low speed. The spool valve design keeps the motor steady at low speeds. No jerking. No chattering.

Easy reversal. Swap the flow lines. The motor spins the other way.

Multiple options. Flanges, shafts, ports-we have variations. Tell us what you need.

This motor is for heavy work. Track drives, augers, crushers, heavy conveyors. The BM3 Series - High-Torque Gerotor Motor is built for places where torque and load capacity matter.

Operating Notes

Intermittent vs. continuous: Intermittent refers to maximum inlet pressure. Intermittent operation should not exceed 10% of running time per minute.

No simultaneous extremes: The motor should not operate at maximum pressure and maximum speed at the same time.

Maximum temperature: 80°C.

Maximum back pressure: 10 MPa. Recommended ≤5 MPa. If back pressure exceeds 5 MPa, connect an external drain.

Run-in: Before full-load operation, run the motor at 40% of maximum working pressure for 1 hour.

Fluid: 68# anti-wear hydraulic oil. Viscosity 37-73 cSt. Cleanliness ISO 18/13.

Mounting and Connection Dimensions

Flange Options

The BM3 uses a 4-bolt square flange mounting pattern.

Output Shaft

The motor is available with various output shaft configurations. Standard rotation direction: When port A is pressurized, the shaft rotates clockwise (viewed from shaft end). Reverse rotation is achieved by reversing the oil flow.

Shaft Load Capacity

Radial load: 800 kg maximum

Axial load: 400 kg maximum

Where You Use These Motors

The BM3 Series - High-Torque Gerotor Motor is for heavy jobs. Here is where it shows up.

Track drives. Construction equipment, compact track loaders. The BM3 handles the side loads from tracks.

Auger drives. Drilling rigs, grain augers. High torque at low speed.

Concrete mixers. The BM3 turns the drum. Continuous operation. High torque.

Heavy conveyors. Mining, aggregate, bulk material handling. Long hours. Heavy loads.

Winches. Marine, industrial, towing. The BM3 provides the pulling power.

Crushers. Rock crushers, wood chippers. High torque and shock loads.

If your application needs torque and can handle radial loads, this is the motor.

FAQ

Q: What kind of applications is the BM3 built for?

A: Heavy-duty work. Places with high side loads. Track drives, augers, crushers, heavy conveyors. If your shaft sees side load, the BM3 handles it better than the BM1 or BM2.

Q: Can I use the BM3 in a closed-loop hydrostatic system?

A: Yes. The BM3 works in both open-loop and closed-loop systems. But you need to watch the case pressure. Keep it under the recommended limits. Use an external drain if you run high case pressure.

Q: What happens if the motor is used beyond its radial load limit?

A: The bearings will wear fast. You will hear noise first. Then the shaft may wobble. Seals will leak. Eventually, the motor fails. Stay within 800 kg radial load.

Q: Can I mount the BM3 vertically?

A: Yes. The motor works in any orientation. But you may need a case drain if the motor is mounted shaft-up. Oil can pool inside. Ask us about your specific mounting.

Q: What is the typical efficiency of the BM3?

A: Mechanical efficiency is high due to the roller gerotor design. Volumetric efficiency depends on pressure and speed. At moderate speed and pressure, the BM3 runs efficiently. Exact numbers depend on your operating point.

Q: Does the motor need a case drain?

A: Not always. If back pressure stays under 5 MPa, you do not need one. If back pressure goes above 5 MPa, you need an external case drain. Check your system.
